Refund and Exchange Policy for Mustafa Computers

At Mustafa Computers, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully to understand your rights and options.


1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 5 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: The item must be:
    • Unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
    • Free of physical damage, scratches, or tampering.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Software, digital licenses, and downloaded products.
  • Products with broken seals or activated warranties.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Clearance or “as-is” sale items.

3. Refund Process

  • Method of Refund:
    • Payments made via credit/debit card or online banking will be refunded to the original payment method.
    • Cash purchases will be refunded in cash.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

4. Exchange Process

  • Exchange for Same Product: If an item is defective, we will exchange it for the same model after inspection and approval.
  • Upgrade/Alternative Products: If you wish to exchange for a different product, any price difference must be settled at the time of exchange.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Inspection Period: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
  • Resolution: After inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund the item based on availability and your preference.

6. Warranty Claims

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be serviced according to the terms of the warranty. Please contact the manufacturer or our support team for assistance.


7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • In-Store: Visit any of our locations with the product and proof of purchase.
  • Online Orders: Contact our customer service team at sales@mustafacomputers.pk./+92-339-6132000 to initiate the process. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

8. Additional Notes

  • Items returned without authorization or that fail to meet the conditions above will not be accepted.
  • Mustafa Computers reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@mustafacomputers.pk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: LG 06 I.T. Tower Hali Road, Gulberg III, Lahore (Pakistan).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The Company reserve the right to repair, replace or issue a credit note against a warranty claim.

  1. No warranty for cartridges.
  2. No Warranty of Electrical Damage whatever it is.
  3. No Warranty of Printer Head.
  4. Warranty is void is any part is broken, burned or damaged.
  5. No warranty without Original Packaging, Drivers, Manual and Invoice.
  6. Check Warranty only for Used Items.
  7. In case of international warranty customer will have to pay freight charges.
  8. In case of local warranty customer must bring invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.
