  • We ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after Order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
  • Standard and express delivery options may be available depending on your location.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders exceeding 10,000/- PKR (With in Lahore).

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment's status through our courier partner’s website or app.

6. Delivery Conditions

  • Recipient Availability: Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
  • Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items (e.g., oversized items, restricted electronics) may have special shipping conditions.
  • Hazardous materials or products prohibited by law will not be shipped.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
  • In case of a lost package, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

9. Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available at our: LG 06 I.T. Tower Hali Road, Gulberg III, Lahore (Pakistan). Choose this option at checkout and wait for confirmation before visiting.

We may update this policy as needed. Any changes will be reflected here and will take effect immediately.
