Shipping Policy – Mustafa Computers

At Mustafa Computers, we are committed to delivering your purchases securely, efficiently, and transparently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we manage delivery, payment, and order handling.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

  • International shipping is currently not available.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • Shipping options and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and delivery method.

  • Heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. These will be mentioned at checkout.

    • If not shown, our team will contact you to confirm whether your item falls under this category and inform you of applicable charges.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 10,000/- within Lahore.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days (subject to availability).

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen conditions like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is only available on selected items and for orders up to Rs. 19,000/-.

  • Orders between Rs. 19,001/- and Rs. 100,000/- require 50% advance payment, with the remaining payable on delivery.

  • Orders above Rs. 100,000/- require 100% advance payment or must be collected via in-store pickup.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or mobile app using the provided number.

7. Delivery Conditions

  • Recipient Availability: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned. Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products (e.g., oversized items, restricted electronics) may have special shipping conditions.

  • We do not ship prohibited or hazardous materials as per local laws.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  • For lost packages, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

  • Customers may choose free in-store pickup from our location:
